Quick Summary: No change-of-mind returns due to small-batch international production. Damaged or defective items with photo proof within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery receive a free replacement or full refund.
BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS
- Free cancellation within 12 hours of purchase if processing hasn't started — full refund to original payment method
- After processing/shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled (already en route from partner warehouse)
AFTER DELIVERY — WHAT WE REPLACE OR REFUND
Eligible for FREE replacement or full refund (when photo evidence confirms):
- Item arrives damaged (tears, stains, broken parts)
- Manufacturing defect (broken stitching, malfunction)
- Wrong item or missing pieces sent
NOT ELIGIBLE:
- Change of mind, "don't like it," wrong size/color ordered
- Normal wear, washing damage, personal preference
- Color variation from screen settings
PROCESS:
- Email support@eloryn.shop within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery
- Send clear photos of damage + packaging + shipping label
- We review within 2–3 business days
- Approved cases: Free replacement ships at no cost to you (no return shipping required). If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
PACKAGE ISSUES
- "Delivered but didn't receive": Check with neighbours and your local post office first. Carrier proof required to open an investigation.
- Wrong address/not collected: Not eligible — correct delivery address is the customer's responsibility at checkout.
- Delayed beyond 30 days (USA): Contact support@eloryn.shop before filing a dispute or chargeback. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

ELORYN crafts small-batch luxury pieces through international partners. Easy returns sound nice but aren't sustainable for premium craftsmanship. We focus on delivering quality you can trust and resolving real issues quickly.
