1. Overview By visiting or purchasing from eloryn.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.
2. Acceptance of Terms By clicking "Add to Cart," "Place Order," or completing checkout, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
3. Products All products subject to availability. Product images illustrative only — actual items may vary slightly due to manufacturing, screen settings, or photography. All products sold "AS IS" except as provided in our Returns Policy.
4. Pricing & Currency Prices displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All sales final except as stated in our Returns Policy.
5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm all information is accurate and complete. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled via our third-party supplier network. Estimated delivery for USA orders: 1–3 days processing + 6–13 days shipping = estimated 7–16 days total. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
ELORYN is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment. Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. For orders delayed beyond 30 days, please contact support@eloryn.shop before filing a dispute or chargeback.
7. Returns & Refunds Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. Eligible for replacement or refund: damaged, defective, or wrong items only (photo evidence required). Not eligible: change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, normal wear and tear. 8. Intellectual Property All content on eloryn.shop — including images, text, and branding — is the property of ELORYN and may not be reproduced without written permission.
By voluntarily submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials to ELORYN (via email, social media, or our website), you grant ELORYN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@eloryn.shop.
9. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: ELORYN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction. No class actions permitted.
11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
