Quick Summary: USA-only shipping via international partner network. Estimated 7–16 days total delivery. Free shipping on orders $75 USD and above.
WHERE WE SHIP United States only.
PROCESSING TIME 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.

- Shipping: 6–13 days from warehouse dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 7–16 days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. ELORYN is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, public holidays, weather, geopolitical circumstances, or any other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on orders $75 USD and above
- Orders under $75 USD: Flat rate $15.00 USD
ORDER TRACKING Tracking number emailed to your order confirmation address once shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Orders are fulfilled from international partner warehouses — not USA-based
- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon warehouse shipment
- Customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout
DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact support@eloryn.shop before filing a dispute or chargeback. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve via replacement or refund where applicable.
FAILED DELIVERIES If you believe your package was delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us. Carrier proof is required to open an investigation.
For packages returned due to incorrect address, uncollected delivery, or refused delivery:
- Returned to warehouse: Customer is responsible for reshipment costs
- Lost due to address error: Not eligible for refund or replacement
